I had the privilege of photographing this handsome well matched matric ‘couple’ in the beautiful setting of the Tangram Wine Estate, situated in Durbanville Hills. Durbanville is situated in the BEST CITY in the WORLD, Cape Town.

Their youthful playfulness added to the fun element. They were eager to co-operate in every which way. It was clear they enjoyed ‘participating’ in the photo shoot. The theme colour was Red & Black - the couple’s outfits matched perfectly and so did their motor vehicle which was a beautifully restored Post Box Red Vintage MG with the chrome trimmings polished to a briliant shine.

Both the young lady and her partner looked amazing. One can tell that the young lady’s elegant evening dress in black and red, was made a designer because it fits like a glove. Her partner, although dressed smart- casual, looked quite dapper in his black shirt & pants, contrasted with a funky red tie.

I had a blast doing the photoshoot of this lovely couple because the lighting was just perfect. It almost looked like I did the photo shoot in a studio where perfect lighting is at the order of the day. The Farewell function started around 18h00 but I was able to do the photo shoot at 16h00, which was perfect timing for perfect light.
