Roland C Photography is a Cape Town-based photography company that specialises in capturing stunning photographs of properties in and around the city. One of the properties that I recently had the opportunity to photograph is a gorgeous house located on the Bloubergstrand beachfront.

One of the unique features of this property is the stunning view of Table Mountain. The view can be enjoyed from various rooms in the house, including the open-plan kitchen sitting area. The well-appointed kitchen with modern home feeling is another feature that adds to the selling point of the house. The clever layout and amazing interior design are other features that make it stand out.

My favourite room in the house is the open-plan kitchen. This room is designed with modern aesthetics in mind, and it perfectly captures the true feeling of the house. The homeowner's attention to detail is evident in the selection of all the paint, tiles, and kitchen equipment, which brings the house together and adds that extra wow factor.

To photograph the property, I followed the four-step photo plan, capturing each of the four corners of each room. This plan ensures that every aspect of the property is captured in the best possible way. The photos were taken around 12h00 when the sun was at its highest point, making it ideal for interior and exterior photography.

The most enjoyable aspect of the property is the magnificent view of the ocean and mountain. The house's location on the beachfront offers a breath-taking view that cannot be replicated elsewhere.

I would say that my iconic photo of the property is the open-plan kitchen area once again. This photo perfectly captures the excellent layout of the kitchen, which highlights the rest of the open-plan room. The photo showcases the modern aesthetics of the house, the view of Table Mountain, and the stunning interior design.
